Welcome to iSupportBJP! These Terms of Use govern your use of the iSupportBJP mobile application (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the App: iSupportBJP is a mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms. The purpose of the App is to allow users to overlay images of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) support symbols and leaders onto their own images, which can then be shared or saved to the device’s gallery.
2. Use of the App: By using iSupportBJP, you agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms of Use and any applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
3. User Content: iSupportBJP allows users to upload and manipulate images. By using the App, you agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, but by uploading it, you grant iSupportBJP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display that content for the purposes of providing and improving the App.
4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by iSupportBJP or its licensors. You agree not to modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent from iSupportBJP.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. iSupportBJP disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. iSupportBJP does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall iSupportBJP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if iSupportBJP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Uttarakhand), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
